One price covers your whole team, and the Whole-Agency Package bundles it with your seat at the Intensive. Most owners find the agency transforms faster when the team is in the work alongside them.

The work starts with you. Most owners find that once they step out of the producer's seat and start leading, the team rises to meet them. The Team Member Course is separate and can be added later when you're ready.

Everything happens virtually. The Intensive runs on video over two days, the courses are self-paced, and recordings land in your content library so you can revisit them.

Pricing is public: the Whole-Agency Package is $1,997, the 2-Day Intensive is $1,497, the Team Member Course is $997 per agency, and the CEO Day Course is $297. Private 1:1 consulting is the only exception; we discuss that investment on a call.

All sales are final and nonrefundable. Subscription products like The CEO Bookshelf can be cancelled at any time, which stops future billing.
