About the work
Who is this coaching actually for?
Women insurance agency owners at every season of the journey. Rookies still building the book, established owners doing $250K to $5M+, and veterans ready to step back from the operator's seat. Independent agencies and captive agents both. Whether you're hiring your first producer or planning your exit, there's a room here for you.
Do you work with captive agents, or only independent owners?
Both. Whether you're running an independent P&C or Life agency or you're a captive agent with a single carrier, the leadership, team, retention, and growth work applies. Carrier-strategy content adjusts for captives. Maximizing one carrier relationship looks different than optimizing a multi-carrier mix.
Do you work with men or non-insurance owners?
My coaching practice is built specifically for women insurance agency owners. The podcast, blog, and CEO Brief are open to anyone who finds them useful.
What if I'm new to running an agency?
You're in the right place. The CEO Journey framework starts with the early-stage phases, including hiring readiness, first systems, and book stability. You don't need to be at $5M to do the work. You need to be ready to lead like a CEO from wherever you are now.
About the programs
What's the difference between the programs?
The CEO Audit is a free diagnostic. The CEO Bookshelf is a $17/mo book club + community. The Hiring Lab is for owners actively hiring. The Agency CEO Collective is my flagship 1-on-1 coaching program. The Boardroom is a fractional COO partnership for established owners. The Team Collective is for your producers, CSRs, and operations leads.
How long is the Agency CEO Collective?
12 months. Two cohorts per year (August and February starts). The first six months focus on Foundation work (Clarity + Structure). The second six focus on Scale (Revenue + Legacy). You'll have 1-on-1 coaching with me, access to the full Library, the Weekly Team Tracker, and the private cohort community.
Can my team be part of this work too?
Yes. The Collective includes optional add-on coaching for your producers, CSRs, and operations leads. They get their own parallel curriculum and group sessions while you do the owner work. Most owners find the agency transforms faster when the team is in the work alongside them.
What if my team isn't on board with this yet?
The work starts with you. Most owners find that once they step out of the producer's seat and start leading, the team rises to meet them. The team add-on is optional and can be added later when you're ready.
Logistics
How do I get started?
Two paths. If you're ready to apply for The Agency CEO Collective, visit the Collective page. If you'd like to talk through which program is right for your stage first, schedule a discovery call. A 30-minute conversation, free, no pressure.
How are sessions delivered?
All coaching happens virtually via Zoom. Group sessions are recorded and posted in the private community within 24 hours. The Boardroom includes one in-person retreat per year.
What's the investment?
Investment is disclosed during the application call for each program. We talk about pricing once we've confirmed the program is the right fit for your season.
Is there a refund policy?
Refund terms vary by program and are disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscription products like The CEO Bookshelf can be cancelled at any time.
