About Our Services
Nicole G Consulting LLC provides coaching, consulting, and educational content for women business owners and their teams. Payment and Refunds
Pricing for each program is disclosed during the application or checkout process. All sales are final and nonrefundable. Subscriptions to The CEO Bookshelf and other recurring offers can be cancelled at any time through your Kajabi member portal or by emailing [email protected]; cancellation stops future billing but completed payments are not refunded.
User Conduct
If you participate in any community channel, group coaching call, or other interactive part of our services, you agree to engage respectfully with Nicole and other members. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct undermines the experience of the group.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nicole G Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
