Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using nicolegconsulting.com and any related services, courses, or community ("the Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
Nicole G Consulting ("we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Who Can Use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any product, program, or coaching service.
When you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your login credentials with anyone else.
- Copy, redistribute, or resell our course content, frameworks, templates, or community discussions.
- Harass, harm, or disrupt other members of the community.
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose or to violate anyone else's rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without a refund.
4. Purchases and Payment
All purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
Subscription-based products (including membership communities and ongoing coaching) will auto-renew at the stated interval until you cancel. You can cancel any subscription through your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected].
5. Refund Policy
Free resources (quizzes, newsletters, free content): no refund applies because there is no purchase.
Digital products and toolkits: all sales are final unless the product is defective or not as described. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have an issue.
Coaching programs and mastermind: refund terms are disclosed at point of purchase and vary by program. Generally, programs are non-refundable once access is granted, but contact us within 7 days if you have a concern and we'll look at your situation individually.
Live events and in-person programs: specific refund terms are disclosed at registration. Generally, no refunds within 30 days of the event start date.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, in our courses, and in our frameworks (including the CEO Journey Framework) is owned by Nicole G Consulting or licensed to us. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use what you purchase for your own business and professional development.
You do not get the right to teach our frameworks to your own clients, create derivative courses, or redistribute our materials without written permission.
7. User-Generated Content
If you post in the community, submit a testimonial, or share content with us, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt that content in connection with promoting and delivering the Services.
We may, but are not obligated to, moderate community content. Content that violates these Terms may be removed at our discretion.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to give you accurate, useful information, but we can't guarantee specific business results.
You are solely responsible for the business decisions you make after using our content. Results depend on your own effort, judgment, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nicole G Consulting and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nicole G Consulting from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute that can't be resolved through good-faith discussion will be resolved by binding arbitration in Missouri, except that either party may bring a small-claims action in a Missouri court.
12. Changes to the Services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for changes that materially affect paid products you've purchased.
