Welcome to Nicole G Consulting. By accessing or using nicolegconsulting.com, subscribing to The CEO Brief, registering for the Free Masterclass, taking the Free CEO Audit, enrolling in any of our coaching programs (The CEO Collective, The Agency Collective, The Boardroom, The Team Collective), joining The CEO Bookshelf, purchasing The Hiring Lab, or otherwise engaging with our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

About Our Services

Nicole G Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides coaching, consulting, educational content, and community memberships for women in business, with a deep specialty for women insurance agency owners. Our services include The CEO Collective and The Agency Collective (1-on-1 coaching programs), The Boardroom (fractional COO partnership), The Team Collective (team coaching for insurance agencies), The CEO Bookshelf (monthly membership), The Hiring Lab (hiring templates and tools), The Free CEO Audit, the Free Masterclass, the CEO Without the Chaos Podcast, The CEO Brief newsletter, blog content, and related educational materials.

All content provided by Nicole G Consulting is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on our website, in our programs, or in our communications constitutes legal, accounting, tax, financial, regulatory, medical, or insurance regulatory advice. You are responsible for consulting your own licensed professional advisors before making decisions about your business, finances, taxes, employees, or compliance obligations.

No Guarantees of Results

While we share strategies, frameworks, and stories that have worked for us and our clients, we make no guarantees about the results you will achieve in your own business. Your results depend on your effort, the existing state of your business, your market, your team, your industry, the economic environment, and many other factors outside our control. Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and are not promises or guarantees of similar results for you.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use our paid services. By engaging with our paid services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Accounts

Some services require you to create an account on our Kajabi-hosted platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and inside our programs, including written content, frameworks, methodologies, templates, workbooks, audio, video, course materials, and graphics, is owned by Nicole G Consulting LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may use materials for your own personal and internal business use. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, screenshot for resale, train AI models on, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit our materials without our prior written permission. The CEO Journey, The CEO Day, and program names including The CEO Collective, The Agency Collective, The Boardroom, The Team Collective, The CEO Bookshelf, The Hiring Lab, and CEO Without the Chaos are trademarks of Nicole G Consulting LLC.

Payment, Pricing, and Refunds

Pricing. Current pricing for each program is disclosed during the application process, on the relevant product page, or at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect existing enrollments.

Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe through our Kajabi platform. We do not store your credit card information.

Subscriptions. The CEO Bookshelf and other recurring memberships renew automatically at the published rate until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your Kajabi member portal or by emailing [email protected].

Refunds. Our refund policy varies by program and is disclosed at the time of purchase. For coaching programs (The CEO Collective, The Agency Collective, The Boardroom, The Team Collective), payment is non-refundable once the program begins, as a seat is held for you. For monthly memberships, cancel anytime to stop future billing; previous months are non-refundable. For one-time digital products, all sales are final. Exceptions to these policies are at our sole discretion.

Failed payments. If a recurring payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you. If payment cannot be collected within 14 days, we may suspend or terminate your access.

User Conduct

If you participate in any community channel, group coaching call, online community, or other interactive part of our services, you agree to: engage respectfully with Nicole and other members; maintain confidentiality of other members' business details shared in community settings; not share program materials or recordings outside the program; not record live calls without express written permission; and not engage in harassment, discrimination, or solicitation of other members. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct undermines the experience of the group, without refund.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our materials are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nicole G Consulting LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nicole G Consulting LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith conversation will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. The arbitrator's decision will be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any of our services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have an active account or subscription) or by prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the change becomes effective. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
