Nicole G Consulting ("we," "our," or "us") operates nicolegconsulting.com (the "Site") and any subdomains or related services. We provide coaching, consulting, courses, and community access to business owners and insurance agency owners.

  • Information you provide directly: your name, email address, and any other details you submit through forms, the community, or purchases (including optional fields in the CEO Journey Quiz and contact form).
  • Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. We store a transaction reference and the last four digits of your card for our records.
  • Course and community activity: lessons viewed, comments posted, and progress within any program you purchase.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referral source, and approximate location (city/country level). This is collected by Kajabi, our hosting platform, and any analytics tools we enable (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel).
  • Cookies: we use cookies for site functionality (login, preferences) and for analytics. See Section 6 for details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Deliver the products, coaching, courses, and community access you purchase.
  • Communicate with you about your account, purchases, and updates you opt into.
  • Send marketing emails, newsletters, and promotional content (you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email).
  • Improve the Site, our content, and our programs based on what readers engage with.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect our rights.

4. Who We Share Information With

We never sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business:

  • Kajabi (website hosting, course delivery, email).
  • Stripe (payment processing).
  • Email service providers and automation tools we use for marketing (e.g., Kajabi's built-in email system).
  • Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel) if enabled.
  • Legal, accounting, or other professional advisors when required.
  • Law enforcement or regulators if legally required.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as you have an active account or subscription with us, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

6. Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses cookies to remember your login, personalize your experience, and measure how visitors use the Site. We may also use pixel-based tracking from platforms like Meta (Facebook Pixel) and Google Analytics to understand marketing performance.

This Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
