Eighteen years inside business. Five years running my own company, which I still run today. Do I have to be in a specific industry?
No. The CEO Collective is built for women business owners in any industry. Service businesses, agencies, studios, practices, shops. If you have customers, a team, and revenue, you belong here. If you own an insurance agency, the deeper specialty work happens in The Agency Collective instead.
What revenue stage do I need to be at?
Past hobby stage. You have real customers, real revenue, and either a team or you are about to build one. The Collective welcomes women building, scaling, and transitioning. The coaching meets you where you are. Start with the free CEO Audit and your results will confirm the fit.
How does the application process work?
Take the free CEO Audit. Your score tells me where you are. From there, I personally review every application and reach out to the right fits for a 30-minute conversation.
What if I need more support than the Collective offers?
The Collective is the one-on-one program. Twelve months of direct access to me. If you need ongoing support beyond the initial twelve months, we can talk about extending after we complete the program.
Can my team be coached alongside me?
Yes. Once we work together, your team members get exclusive access to additional coaching at a discount. Most owners find the business transforms faster when the team is in the work alongside them. We talk through the team add-on on the application call.
