Build the team member scorecard.
Quotes sent. Quotes bound. Premium written. Cross-sell ratio. Retention. Pull these numbers weekly. Share them with the team. The scorecard is what turns team members into team members. Without it, you have salespeople hoping for a good month.
Set your CEO Day rhythm.
One day a week (Friday is the strongest) where you are NOT in the operator chair. You are in the CEO chair. Reviewing numbers, making strategic decisions, working ON the business. Block it. Defend it. Watch what happens to your week.
